I love this stuff. My father is from Germany and gave it to me when I was a kid. I started taking it again recently and it has helped with my intestinal problems such as bloating and gas. I love the taste, and it also has helped with my lactose intolerance. I think you have to take it for a long time, like most products that actually cure illnesses instead of just quiet the symptoms. I'll be taking Eugalan for months to come.

I had used Eugalan Topfer Forte in the past after having taken antibiotics. This product will help anyone recover from the damaging effects of antibiotic use. I had difficulty remembering the name of the product and local health food stores did not carry Eugalan Topfer. After several internet attempts trying to recall the name I found the product. This product is better than all other probiotics or yogurt that I have taken for this purpose, especially those in pill form. This product has a pleasant, mild malt taste. I purchased 1 box and took the 5 Tbs. dose twice daily until gone. I have a bit of a sluggish digestive system and I noticed improvement within the first dose, however once the product was gone my system struggled even harder to regulate itself. I probably needed to purchase a couple of boxes and stay on the product longer. Also, there was no measuring spoon included in my product. The instructions do give an equivalent though. As an afterthought, I have digested dairy products much easier since taking this product. If I could give it 4.5 I would.

Great for use after antibiotic use

I have used this product when needed for almost 15 years. After a round of antibiotic use or for general cleansing, this product puts back the good bacteria that antibiotics destroy in the digestive track. For some reason the label information is only showing the vitamins also included. On the package itself it shows the pro-biotics that are in it. I just threw out the box I ordered a few weeks ago or I'd list the ingredients. I have ordered 2 more to keep on hand, just in case. It really makes your stomach feel great. And if you use, like I did, 5 scoops in warm water 3 times a day, it will take about 4-5 days to complete the treatment. At one time I used this product for a full month, using less scoops and using more than one box. But at that time I could not eat dairy products at all and my doctor recommended I try this to see if taking this would fix my lactose intolerance. It did. Have been eating dairy with no problems for over 15 years now.

Protection & care for teeth

I bought this product "Optimized FCP Weekly Treatment Formula - Anti-cavity plus Teeth Sensitivity / Remineralizing Gels by Watts Power White" to strengthen my teeth. I am also using the "Teeth Whitening kit" so I am hoping it helps to repair any damage whitening might do. Years ago I had my teeth whitened professionally by a dentist and loved the results.So far I am very pleased with these products after 6 weeks and feel good about recommending Watts's products. I still use the tray made by my dentist but I have been told that using the "Teeth Trays by Watts Power White" or crest whitening strips (after rubbing off their gel & applying Watts's product) can always work very well too.

I use this once weekly for sensitivity to cold drinks and food. Decreases my senstivity to none or minimal and my teeth appear pearly after use and between applications. My teeth also don't seem to darken as fast as I am a huge coffee drinker and prior to using this I needed to whiten a lot more often. They tend to stay whiter longer so I will keep using this product.

Before Zoloft was invented, I took amitriptyline for unipolar depression. Unfortunately, this drug had constipation as a side effect. I found that doctors and nurses wanted you to use something way too violent to the system to handle the problem. So on my own I discovered Swiss Kriss. It solved the problem perfectly. Now my mother-in-law must take coumadin, a blood thinner, and it has the same side effect. She too hated the drugs her doctors wanted her to take to counteract the side effect. I clued her into Swiss Kriss. She has now been using it for years and wouldn't dream of using anything else. We both tried the tablets version of this product and found this version, the flake, to be the better of the two.

This product is awesome. I have suffered with acne for years. Since I was in the fifth grade. This product helps me with my out of control oily skin and because it does such a wonderful jobs of clearing out the impurities from within, any other products(all of which never worked before) actually became beneficial to me following the use of the swiss kriss facial. I absolutely love it and highly recommend this product for anyone suffering with very bad skin.

I have used the Swiss Kriss Herbal laxative for facials for close to 30 years! I was having trouble finding it and, as is usually the case, I found it on Amazon. I have never used it as a laxative. The facial requires that you boil 3-4 tablespoons of the herbal mixture then tenting your head above the pot for 5 to 6 minutes followed by splashes of cold water. Hoped they would help plantar fascitis, but they don't

In my early days of plantar fascitis suffering I bought these as other reviewers said they seemed to help. At first they felt good, anything would have, but they do not offer any arch support, and I have high arches. I found the WalkFit Orthotic Insoles - - Available in Various Sizes to be a godsend. I tried to get my daughter to use these in some of her shoes which have no cushioning and she said they felt good. Basically, they will feel good in your shoe, but if you have plantar fascitis, find something else.

I received these this morning and wore them several hours at work today. They are very comfortable but I have two issues with them. One, they pull my socks down like another reviewer. And I'm wearing fairly new socks. Two, they push my toes against the inside of my shoes as I walk. Not painful for short walks but I don't like it. Maybe it's my shoes; I will try them in other ones and report back.UPDATED June 23, 2010: Well, I tried these in another pair of shoes. Same experience. I'm wondering now if maybe they are too large. I ordered according to size but I may need to try smaller. They feel really good on my heels otherwise.

I use these in conjunction with the Pinnacle Powerstep insoles and they work great. I get awesome arch support and now great heel cushioning as well.These heel cups don't rotate around (like other brands I've reviewed), they stay firmly in place, they don't pull my socks down (like another reviewer mentioned, maybe I just have new properly fitting socks?), and I like the feeling of the waffle pattern crushing under my heel when I walk.

I eat these EAS Myoplex Lite after workouts and as a snack sometimes (protein shakes upset my stomach). This is the cheapest price I could find anywhere online or in stores (where they tend to be more expensive). The product arrived within two days as advertised. This flavor tastes great as well, I generally like most of the flavors, with cinnamon being my least favorite.One note that I found odd was that through Amazon, the shipping was 99 cents. Directly through Vitamin Shoppe, the cheapest shipping option was $2.99. I guess that makes the choice of where to buy easy!

These are so good. By far the favorite protein bar I've tried. The chocolate chocolate chip is my fav flavor with the chocolate peanut butter a close second. I eat them 2X a week before I meet with my personal trainer. They are nice and big and really are a great snack for 190 calories

I bought these after reading other reviews about the Myoplex Lite bars, and they are worth every penny. I started Body for Life recently and needed some easy meal replacements. I was reluctant to buy these because the cost does add up, but once I tasted this one and the chocolate/chocolate chip one, I knew they were worth it. They are healthy, nutritions, and DELICIOUS. And you can take them anywhere! It feels like you are cheating on your diet when you eat them, and what's better YOU AREN'T ACTUALLY CHEATING! Simply AMAZING!

I started the Body for Life program and bought a pack of these as a sample to see if I liked them - the peanut butter ones were okay, but the chocolate/chocolate ones are absolutely delicious. The only other one that compares is the cinammon roll one - SO good! I highly recommend them as one of your BFL meals!

Tastes gross, but seems to work

I had previously purchased the regular daily multiple formula. The taste was bearable- you could put it in some orange juice and no problem. This one, however, is really nasty. But it seems to work almost as well as the original. I don't feel quite the energy I did with the other version, but I started taking this when I was feeling a little like I might be coming down with something and it went away within a day.

I was introduced to this product last year by a local health food store. Since I've been taking it, I feel so much more balanced throughout the day. And even though I didn't choose to buy it based on a "quick energy boost", I found that it does indeed provide more energy.Bravo, Liquid Health!
