I think for the most part this works. Smells like you haven't showered in a few days but thats what men smell like anyway.. if you're looking for testosterone booster no reason not to start with this. Its good creamy funk!

Fish Odor

I cannot say how well this works yet as I just got it. It does however have a faint fish odor that I do not find pleasant. In my view, they should make this smell better.Hope the other benefits will show up.

This product is in good shape. Take it as directed (4 caps together) one hour before work out, I've felt an increase in force and pumping, and got exhaust much later. After two bottles, I've gained 9 lbs, and don't seem it is water retention or fat. Also I've felt refractory time got smaller and a little more intense orgasms. You should try it using good diet and good sleep.

Tired, sleepy and lazy

I took this product for a whole month. The first time I took it, I wanted to vomit about 20 minutes later. Just didn't sit right. After that, nothing. No effects. Had the feel sick feeling for the first 6 days taking that, after that the feeling went away.About 10 days into it, I was feeling very tired all day, couldn't wake up in the morning, started sleeping 9 hours instead of my normal 5 and still was tired all day. At the gym I was too tired to work out hard, too lazy, too weak, just no energy whatsoever. Was too tired even for sex.So my conclusion is, this product just makes you tired and takes away any energy you may have. Don't take it. At least for me it only has negative effects.

The first time I took this product I felt like dragging someone out back and beating the sh@t out of them. I haven't been that wired since I was a Marine.The second time I took it I still felt aggressive, only slightly less so.The third time I felt a little ornery.After that, nada.I'm still on the my first bottle, but when that's finished I'll be stopping the dosages. It recommends an eight week cycle for max benefit, but the pills are huge and your taking four in your pre-workout stack. The container just doesn't last very long, and at twenty-something a pop, it's just not worth it.Also, it did squat for my sex drive.

All i can say is WOW. I was a little skeptical when i first read about this product, since I'm not a huge fan adding to much "unknown" to my diet. After using 1 bottle i exploded in energy. I had some problems increasing muscle and bulking up on my biceps and chest for a few months, but after taking this for 3 weeks i increased my lift by 30%, more intensity, more focus and just an overall good felling day around.I have had no real side effects. The only thing i might mention is that you can get a aggressive a little easier than before. But if you use it in the gym or to work out and not on your fellow people, then i wouldn't worry about it. Ohh, and yes, blood is pumping all day long, which can have the side effect of your "little friend" turning active at times you might not want him to :)

HfR gel is great for my workouts when used on specific bodyparts being trained during that session. Sometimes my skin turns a little red immediately following application but that's just a sign that blood is being drawn to the muscle leading to great muscle pumps.
