If you are a middle aged woman, I encourage you to try this. It really helped me. I have more energy and it helped get rid of my depression too. Be aware that it takes a month or so to start working (maybe more or less depending on your individual reaction).

I bought this cream after weeks spent reading on the internet. I was skeptical and even more so when I bought it and then asked my reproductive endocrinologist if it would work for me. What he said was "this is made of wild yam, unless you are a wild yam yourself, there is not much chance of it being absorbed through the skin to make a difference". I initially bought this because I had all the symptoms, sore breasts, thinning hair, weight gain in the tummy area, horrible PMS symptoms. So I decided to try it anyway. I no longer have clumps of hair coming out when I shower, my PMS symptoms are minimal and I no longer have the tender breasts for two weeks before my period. I hate to say it but I must be a wild yam because it really does work.

I'm 46 and have been under a lot of stress lately. My period was 5 days late (something that never happens)and my breast where killing me even after I started to bleed (something else that never happens). Also started having a weird flush feeling. No sweating and not at night but during the day when I got rushed or upset. Did some looking into natural permenopause treatment and found this stuff. Read the reviews and picked up some that night at my local Sprouts. Just after 3 days I had relief from the flush feeling and my breast stopped hurting and slept so much better. This is the best creme available.After Years of experience of selling and using various Progesterone Creme's since the 90's I would recommend Natural Radiance 2% Progesterone Cream above all else. I have even used prescription compound progesterone cream for a few years and it was not a good experience.I quite that and have returned to using Natural Radiance 2% progesterone cream again. I have been struggling with symptoms of menopause for some time. Someone suggested I try a Progesterone cream. I had no idea what to expect, but I was willing to give it a try. I've been using it for a couple weeks now.I was most interested in finding something that would deal with the erratic mood shifts. I've never had night sweats or hot flashes, so I can't speak to whether the cream works on those symptoms. However, before using the cream I felt like a 12 year old going through horrible hormonal changes. I now feel like a sane adult again.If you're also dealing with mood swings I suggest you try a bottle.

I'm 48 and definitely feeling the effects of perimenopause...I liked the reviews, so gave this product a try.When I rec'd and used my first order it worked wonderfully. I not only slept better after just a few days of starting to use the cream, but I also didn't have to get up to pee all night long and did not have any night sweats. I also used a small amount around my eyes and other wrinkly areas and I could practically see my skin responding and plumping up again...it was THAT good.After finishing the first bottle I purchased a second one and it just doesn't seem to work as well. It's like the ingredients are different. I'm still sleeping better and not having to get up all night (thank goodness!), but it doesn't have that same wonderous effect as a moisturizer. Oh well! I'll keep using for the good properties.Also, good smell and isn't sticky.

I love this product. I was previously using a perscription cream from a compounding pharmacy and I will tell you this product works better! I am just starting the peri-menapause phase of life. The weird dreams, fluctuating sleep and energy patterns as well as just being on edge when I miss ToM was driving me crazy. This product changes the game for me. I've been taking this product for over a month now. It was recommended to me to get my homones in balance. I just stopped taking birth control about a year ago after seventeen years and my acne has gone mad! I can't tell if this is helping or not but I'm going to continue to take it and see if it makes a difference.

Great Product

This is the first time I have rated a product ever on Amazon. But I must say this product works and hot flashes began to subside after taking Estrotone for only a few days. I have tried other things (except traditional hormone replacement therapy) and I have found this is the best. It's only been about 10 days now but I am reordering a second bottle (at a much better price through Amazon) to really get the full benefit once my small bottle runs out.I also believe the healthier you are and the cleaner your diet is the better results you will find.

A Big Difference

A friend recommended this product to me. I was beginning to have hot flashes and mood swings (fun)! I was skeptical, but ordered it and took it as directed. I didn't really notice a huge difference when I was taking it, BUT when I ran out I didn't reorder right away. Guess what came back? Mood swings, hot flashes, sweats. So I am convinced that Estrotone works for me! I would recommend it!

This cream is simply amazing!!!!!!!! I was scheduled to be in a clinical research so had to go off my cream for 2 weeks. During that time I was a monster!! Thankfully, did not make the research so was back on my cream and I got my life back. It took me 3 years into menopause to find this, but am so thankful I did. My sister just started with menopause; told her of this cream, sent her some and within 3 days she was a new person. Yes, I could be a spokesperson for Emerita. I have had no side effects and only have a few hot flashes a day compared to 10+ prior to this cream. It is a miracle cream for me:)

Relieved my hot flashes and night sweats fast!

It's been 5 years since I began menopause and I wanted to use something other than HRT because I was having problems with it. I used many different herbal pills on the market for relieving hot flashes and night sweats but nothing worked. I was miserable, woke up many times during the night sweating then feeling chilled, all day long, I had hot flashes until I decide to use this cream. I use this cream also in conjunction with Emerita Progest, progesterone cream as indicated, 1/8 of a teaspoon twice a day, and my symptoms have disappeared! I now sleep much better, no more night sweats and the constant hot flashes are gone. My symptoms improved fast. During my first month, I had a few hot flashes and night sweats, but by the second month they were all gone! Best over the counter remedy I have found with no side effects.

Wonderful And I Feel Fine!!

I first used this product last night. This morning was the first morning that I woke up with out a dried mouth. Surely this can't work this fast. On the first day, is this possible? Instructions say to use it twice a day. I just rubbed a little on my upper inner arm and on my stomach. I feel really good! My brain does not buzz. It must have had an ingredent in it, that I needed.

It works - and not just for menopause!

When my twins were 8 months old I had my first postpartum period - and my first bout of mastitis. After that I had mastitis every 29 days for 4 months! My doctors were baffled and nobody had every heard of recurrent mastitis occurring with periods. Lactation consultants, pediatricins, doctos, GYNs... I was convinced that it was the result of a hormone imbalance - probably estrogen (completely unscientific guess). This cream balances estrogen levels, whether you have too much or too little. Anyhow, I started using it about 10 days before my most recent period, and had no mastitis! I'll be using it every day til I stop breastfeeding!
