If you have used this product before the large container will help defray the cost and the need to reorder often. For size I am using this to help out in bodybuilding. I now have to buy X large tanks and T shirts. The large ones are quite hard to get off once they get wet from a workout.

I have to say that the pill size is just too big, and the price of these pills just isn't practical because the quantity doesn't last due to the amount you have to take each day.
I haven't seen any respectable gains and am just not satisfied with the results of taking this product. I think I'll just stick to my Pro-5 Protein Powder, liquid creatine, and a phytonutrient supplement; combined with a heathly diet and exercise. That has always seemed to work the best for me! Didnt work for me. Just my opinion by johnn noxville from on 2009-11-09 I have bought twin labs before and they have been very effective, however the amino acid pills didnt really do anything for me personally. I take the twin labs strength creatine pills and those work amazing.I am 21 yrs old male 185lbs. i work out 4-5 times a week. Working out to gain mass.Heres a few things have to say:The pills are gigantic. I dont mind taking larger pills but i havent seen any pills this big. Although they are easy to swallow just beware they are a bit big.The label says to take three after each meal. I took three twice a day and i dont think the extra three would have changed my opinion about these. 9 a day seems a bit much to me.When i take the twinlabs creatine strength pills i really feel a pump when i go to the gym, but with these i didnt feel anything. From what ive read they are supposed to help in recovery and build muscle but i didnt really see any difference.I took these religiously for a month and i didnt see any weight gain attributed to taking them. Ive gained about 15 pounds in the past two months but i think it is more directly related to eating more, working out hard and drinking protein shakes. I havent taken them in a few weeks and i am still seeing gains.I think when it comes to pills, we are all affected differently. Whereas the strength ones work for me these might work for someone else. I didnt see any additional benefits but that shouldnt deter you from trying them yourself.Everyone reacts differently so try many different things until you find what your looking for. I have tried about 10 different brands of protein shakes until i finally found one that i liked and one that made me gain weight. Titanium muscle gain by Tyler Sutrisno from on 2010-09-10 I got this on amazon. This made a big difference for me in developing my six pack and forearms. Weights just werent cutting it for me. I was using tribulus that I bought a while before and was getting more muscle bulk but I wasnt getting the definition that I could see on other guys. I am not sure if the success I had on getting to the next level was from mixing the two products or from this one alone but I am starting to get pretty ripped. My legs already had really good development so I didnt notice too much difference there.

Works pretty good by Larry from on 2010-09-04 This seems to work better for me then extra protein. I have been working out with free weights for about 4 months. The first two months, I was using whey protein, having extra meat, and eggs. I didnt see a lot of change in my muscles. I they were tone but not growing or better defined. I started using this product about 5 weeks ago and am finally seeing some improvements in my muscle size and definition of my muscles. I am not sure if taking protein with this product helps but this product made the difference for me. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the cost.
Better than just protein by John French from on 2010-09-03 I used to lift weights alot in highschool but had gotten away from it over the wears. I could see that I was at the point where my stomach was sagging and I didnt have a whole lot of muscle tone. I joined golds gym and started to use the eliptical for cardio and also dumbells. I ran into friends that went there that I didnt realize and they sometimes gave me some pointers on working out. Also, it became a little bit of a friendly competition. I am on my second set of bottles of this and have seen some real nice results. I have better muscle tone and my muscles are bigger and better defined. I wasnt achieving this to any great degree until I started using this product. It was in the second month that I could start to notice a meainingful difference. I still have not peaked and am still improving. I think I rate pretty well at the gym now, at least getting more respect..

I have been able to gain weight and muscle since using them. I would recommend over many other test boosters I have tried. Also, great value because you get a 3 month supply. I've had Chocolate Syntha-6, which was great. This "Vanilla Ice Cream" Truemass however, tastes like SOUR ROTTEN MILK. Absolutely vile, made me want to puke. My time in special forces taught me to eat anything regardless of taste, so I drank this down, but be warned. DO NOT GET IT!

(alongside a healthy diet, plenty of sleep, and avoiding alcohol as much as possible) I have noticed some muscle growth and a toned body, but in all honesty, I think you can achieve the same with consuming any food high in protein and low in salt/fat/sugar after a workout.A glass of fat-free chocolate milk would probably give you the same results...Pros:

+ *Seems* to promote lean muscle (I did not try a non-muscle milk regiment), I say seems because when I cut myself from Muscle Milk for about a week and had other protein such as tuna, greek yogurt, etc for a post-workout meal I looked the same if I were using Muscle MilkCons:
- Vanilla tastes AWFUL, strawberry is Tolerable (those are the only 2 flavors I tried)
- You'll still feel sore the next day, even with proper stretching
- Doesn't mix well with cold milk
- Does not make a good meal replacement, even with added fiber

I have tried a number of other manufactures products and this one dissolves very easily in milk or water which is not the case for a number of the others. It is not overly sugary or sweet. I've been using it for almost 6 months now and I've gained a large amount of muscle mass while keeping myself lean through daily cardio workouts. Its qualities span the entire spectrum of what a post-workout protein shake should have. In terms of the type of protein this product has, it has high quality whey protein, which synthesizes quickly and gets to work rebuilding the torn muscles present after workouts. Aside from the obvious protein content, it also supplies you with L-Glutamine, an amino acid used by the body's immune system and, more importantly, an amino acid used to burn fat instead of muscle when it comes time to generate energy. It also has a nice combination of sugars and simple carbohydrates that help your muscles and body recover after intense workouts. On top of everything else, it also tastes fantastic - I've had alot of disgusting proteins over the course of my training and I have to say that this has got to be the best tasting protein shake I've ever had. I stick to the Vanilla Creme flavor, but the chocolate flavor tastes good too. I do caution potential users that this particular protein does have some fats (although they claim these burn rather than get stored) and alot of carbs, so limit the number of daily scoops to one or two a day if you intend to stay lean.
