Unpleasant smell, sticky feeling, not worth the money by from on 2010-05-07 I don't generally write reviews for consumer products, but this one was so bad I had to tell about it. The first thing that hit me was the smell, definitely a smell that will clash with any perfume. The lotion goes on sticky and stays that way for quite some time. I figured I would give it a try for a few days instead of hastily making a judgement. In three days' time, I saw NO change in color. As for the firming, I think Jergens is trying to lead you to believe that if your skin is darker, it will look more toned, but since the product neither firmed my skin nor made it darker, the claim of firmer skin is a lie. To top it all off, my skin didn't even feel softer and silkier because of the unpleasant stickiness. Save your money and buy something else...anything else!
Streakville-orange. Bummed! by from on 2010-04-23 I actually thought Jergens had improved this product. I used it once in a while last year and the year before, but the smell was always so terrible, I'd quit and throw it out. The color was always OK though.This year, I'm headed to a tropical place and thought I'd get a quick glow.
Boy oh boy- they REALLY improved their scent, it's actually slightly pleasant and fragrant during application. The DHA starts to smell a few hours in, pretty light. What they did NOT improve (and actually made worse) was the streaky color.I woke up this morning and saw streaks all over my body! I had just showered, exfoliated and shaved so it was a perfect scenario to put on the first base. But honestly, this stuff is horrible. I look like I have tea stains on random parts of my body. I applied carefully and generously too. Not only that, but it looks slightly orange.I'm trying to find a Rite Aid right now to RETURN IT! Don't waste your money.

I was worried about being "orange" like you hear from self tanning lotion horror stories...there is no need with this!!!! I've only used it for 4 days so far and there's already a pretty significant difference in my coloring!! Not only does it look very natural but there's also no streaks!!!! It has a very pleasant smell to it on top of that! I highly recommend this, especially if you worry about being too orange or streaking (like I did).

Love this product by disappointed from on 2010-07-07 I could not find this product in any of the retail stores in my area. So I had to look for it online. I always compare prices and research reviews before buying online. This product did not let me down. I love it and use it twice a day. It smells amazing and really showed an improvement within a day. You don't need much, 1oz should last for a while. I highly recommend. Also, it comes from Amazon not a reseller on Amazon so you know you are getting the real thing.
Finally figured out how to fix my dry red skin by donnakat from MN on 2010-02-22 At first I only used this as suggested, around the eyes and mouth, but recently started applying it to my whole face followed by a moisturizing night cream. My face looked better within two days. The redness and dryness are gone and my skin glows in the morning. After a week I was sold and will never buy any other anti-aging serums or creams. This is the winner hands down. The price is extremely inexpensive. I feel good putting this on my skin since it has organic ingredients and collagen. While collagen is not the primary ingredient (that is why I gave it 4 stars) I will continue to use this product. There is not any chemicals, parabans, but simply five ingredients!

The scent is overpowering by Hanna-Liina from Pärnu, Estonia on 2009-03-23 I have never been sensitive or allergic to smells, but the scent of this moisturizer is so strong and overpowering that I had to wash it off because it was making me feel slightly nauseous. I wish I had listened to some reviewers from other websites who warned that Aubrey Organics products can have a very powerful scent. Now I must admit that they were right. I also bought Aubrey Organics hairspray and deodorant, and they also smell very strong. If you are sensitive to scents (or not accustomed to unusually powerful scents), you should probably think twice before buying products from this company.I am also somewhat ambivalent about this product containing Padimate O as the active sunscreen ingredient. There is some controversy about the safety of Padimate O and other PABA derivatives. Unfortunately, I happened to read about it after I purchased this product.
Nice product by M. Radel from Minnesota on 2007-12-29 This is the first time I have purchased a face lotion product that has natural ingredients and is considered safe (unlike those products with unsafe chemicals). I liked this product and would purchase it again. I may try another product first to see if I like something better. Don't be fooled by the color of the lotion (green) as it moisturizes well and has not made my skin breakout (I have combination skin). I personally like the smell also but cannot seem to find words to describe the smell.

I ended up having a horrible allergic reaction to it. The sunscreen in it is PABA, so I don't know if I reacted to that or something else. I was really hoping this lotion would work for me but it didn't.
