Great product but terrible smelling!

Loved their Citrus Exfoliating wash so decided to try another one of their cleasner to alternate between the exfoliating wash. It does it job really well and face remains pretty greaseless even after 4 hours. However I must say that the smell is to much to bare. It smells like a mix of insecticide/weed killer/coal tar shampoo! Doesn't smell organic at all, in fact I kept reading the ingredients and rule out the wierd smell could be Ichitol. Definitely will be last bottle for me even if it does wonders.

I am a firm believer that Eminence is the best skin care line out there. I have always had problem skin, and this is the only line that will keep me acne free. My acne is caused from having really dry skin which clogs my pores... I use this as well as the Sweet Red Rose cleanser and they are both great products to have on hand. Neither one irritates the skin. The foaming action of the product is really great for cleansing after a mask or when you just need a deep scrub, it leaves your face squeaky clean but not dehydrated.You do have to be careful when buying Eminence though because some products are highly specialized and very potent. I'd recommend getting a facial with it so that a professional can tell you what the best products are for your skin. I used to work in a salon where this was used and I'm forever hooked on it... it was the best thing that came out of having that job!

I recently got a facial & she really knew her stuff so I trusted her in her recomendations. I love this! I also have moisturizer & tomato mask works wonders! Acne free! I have an issue with products breaking me out. It is just $$$$.

After getting a facial and having a bunch of the Eminence products used, I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for everything the woman recommend. I ending up buying it all. This cleasner along with a couple of the other products has helped clear up my acne that Pro active couldn't. The cleanser feels great and doesn't bleach your wash cloths!! Also a little bit goes a long way, so the bottle last!!! try it!!!

Spectacular product!

Since I became pregnant my face has had awful breakouts and anything i put on my severly sensitive skin (due to pregnancy) made it worse, so i thought of going the organic/natural route. I was using Belli acne cleanser and that helped to clear up my face in no time! The only bad thing was it left my skin dry and peely in my nose area then i heard about Mambino and decided to give it a try. This serum is the best! I normally have oily skin and this didnt cause me to over produce or cause more pimples! It made my skin feel refreshed and heavenly compared to how dry it was! I LOVE IT and the smell is addicting too! I will continue to use this post pregnancy too!

A Pregnancy Essential

This product was recommended in one of my pregnancy magazines, and I decided to give it a try as I wanted to switch over to an organic skincare line. I couldn't be happier with it. It has kept my skin smooth and soft, and it is not at all greasy. I use it am and pm and have not needed any other moisturizer. I will be using this product long after our baby arrives in October!

After reading about this product in many magazines, I finally decided to give it a try. It really made a huge difference in the way my skin looks. I have very sensitive skin and most products for the face make me break out. After using this product, I think within a week my skin started to look so much healthier. My skin became more smooth and was no longer dry. I love how it absorbs right into the skin and that it's an all natural. I hope Mi Amore comes out with a face cleanser soon!

too oily for my preference

My skin is normal to oily and I found this cleanser way too oily for my preference. My face does not feel clean after using this product. I was told that the lemon oil in this cleanser is antiseptic and good for blemishes and that it helps reduce oil in the skin. Perhaps this is true, but in the meantime I am not patient enough to wait for that to happen while my face remains feeling greasy. The lemon does smell lovely though! I wish I liked it more for that reason alone.

I love this product. I'm in esthecics school and my teacher is a chemist. She said that this is fantastic and it has a product in it. That she has only seen in two other products. I love it it makes your face feel soft and subtle. I just reordered it.

Excellent for dry skin and rosacea

I have very dry skin and rosacea and this product has been great. During the warmer months I use this as a night cream and in the colder months I use some of this over my regular face cream in the morning. A little goes a long way and it has made a huge difference in how my skin looks - in particular in the winter. My rosacea always used to flare up during Jan/Feb because of the wind - but this lotion blocks the wind and more than vaseline (which I used to use on really windy days or for skiing) it is made for more delicate facial skin so it feels nourishing and doesn't clog pores.

This product is the best thing I've accidentally come across EVER! With stretch marks a little bit of research goes a long way; however we can't escape the fact that these wonderful marks are basically hereditary. If your mother had them chances are you will too. For this reason, prevention attempts seem rather futile, but women like to hold out hope. During my first pregnancy I tried the cocoa butter thing, taking vitamin E pills and even dabbing vitamin E oil on my tummy. None of it worked. My stretch marks were horrible. Over the years I considered Mederma, but figured it would turn out to be a waste and gave up. Losing weight helped the appearance some. The red centers faded, and the smaller lines became nothing more than light colored ripples. Still, I was never totally thrilled with the way the bigger ones looked. When I got pregnant a second time, I was so happy I barely considered what a growing fetus would do to my tummy. That changed during the middle of my sixth month. My mother, ever tactful, warned that if I didn't put some sort of lotion on my growing belly my stretch marks would get stretch marks. I wanted to rebel in the worst way, but reality is inescapable. In a semi depressed state I turned to my friend amazon.com and found Mambino oh baby! belly butter. This organic product aids in the rebound and anti-stretch of skin. I'm not an organic nut, but it was a total selling point for me. I found the idea of putting something natural on my stomach more appealing then the latter. I've been using Belly Butter for almost three weeks now and the effects are A M A Z I N G! All, I repeat ALL, of my stretch marks are fading. New, old, red, white. Every single one of them is at least four times lighter than they were at the beginning of the pregnancy. Women get stretch marks for more reasons than just having baby, so pregnant or not you should give this product a try. It costs about thirty and change, but it's so unbelievably worth it that even I (poor as poor can be) didn't bat an eye while ordering my second jar. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't be disappointed.

Really nice smell and texture; wish I could use more often

I purchased this product and Burt's Bees Mama Bee body balm and the Mama Bee body oil. I was two months when I started applying them alternately after showers. After a while rash began to appear on my belly. My doctor told me it's kind of normal and not to worry. The rash may not be related to the products, but I found that using more of my old body lotion and sometimes the Mambino belly butter or Burt's Bees body oil makes my rash appear less.I love the texture and the smell of Mambino's belly butter. The butter is like solidified cream and is easier to scoop with a finger -- much easier than a balm -- and it quickly melts in my palm and on my belly. It is not as greasy as a balm, either. Its lemony mango smell always puts me in a good mood. Now I use this butter or Burt's Bees body oil whenever I need a quick aroma therapy. As far as stretch mark goes, I was told that it was in your genes and had not much to do with what you put on your belly (I don't have any yet but fingers crossed), but I would love to think that by putting on something nurishing I was doing my job :) I definitely would love to use this product more often if not bothered by pregnancy rash.

I've tried several body butters and creams and this is just the best one as far as "feel" and "smell". The fact that it is all natural and organic reassures me further that its a great product. I just ordered the toning oil and a lip balm so i'm excited to try them. This item ships right away.... it is a little pricey but worth it! I'm 28 weeks and almost done with my second tub so it does go fast, but so far not a stretch mark in sight! Definitely worth trying... you'll be hooked!
