There's nothing on TV of the night which is so important not to be missed. Your health is more important, turn off the television and get enough sleep.
3) Try to have a good time and enjoy every day, if only for a few minutes. I'm not saying anything you do not already know, our modern world is very stressful. It is vital to our physical and mental health have stress. Something as simple as a bit of time playing with your children or laugh with a friend can do wonders for the disposal not only his but his health.
