Kirkland Fish Oil Concentrate Softgels are a great way to get Omega-3 into your diet. I decided to try these after reading about the many benefits of taking Fish Oil (better cholesterol numbers, improved memory, less joint pain, etc). While it is had to quantify exactly what effect supplements are having since I am also taking prescription medications, but my cholesterol numbers have significantly improved over the past three months and there is noticeably less pain in my knees.Just a note, Kirkland is the store brand of a major "warehouse club" and I have have always been pleased with the quality compared to national brands and generics.Highly Recommended!CFH

The cost can't be beat. But the fishy burps that can occur after are FOUL. If you don't mind that, then these are for you. I've decided that, while these vitamins are good for you and cost effective, the discomfort of fishy burps is too uncomfortable for me and I have to switch back to my more expensive brand. But if you're OK with that, these are definitely a bargain!

I love this stuff, it makes my teeth and mouth feel great and my dentist always gives me good marks. The taste reminds me of black licorice, which I really like, but may not appeal to everybody. It only takes a pea-sized dab on your brush and you have a mouthful of healthy, clean-your-breath foam so even if it costs more per tube than some of the other commercial brands, it actually lasts me longer because I use such a small amount each time.

Amazing and fluoride free!

I have been using this product a year now! I have been able to brush my teeth more since there are no harmful effects of fluoride that can impair me. Fluoride Tooth Paste and fluoridated Water has been a big problem in my health. Now that I am free from fluoride I can finally Live a healthy life.

First things first, you only want to buy this if you like licorice. If you do not, you will not enjoy the taste.I've been using this toothpaste regularly for about a week now. I decided to make the switch when I read up on the science concerning the effects of NaF, the form of fluoride found in toothpaste and many drinking water sources. The first criterion I needed to satisfy was the absence of fluoride. For that, this product had already earned 4/5 stars.What pushed it to the top was how much better it foams than regular toothpaste. I used to have to water my toothpaste to get it to foam up well enough, as well as using more than the recommended amount. That problem doesn't exist with Desert Essence.Desert Essence has turned brushing my teeth from a chore into the positive experience it should be. It did this with its pleasant texture, good taste, and a host of other features that are best summarized as the absence of the flaws found in other brands of toothpaste.

Sooo I decided to go with Flouride free toothpaste and thought I would try Desert Essence. Its turned out to be fine (although I didnt realize I ordered Fennel flavor). It took several brushing to get used to but the flavor is black licorice. I wont however order it in the summer anymore! Here in arizona it was really hot when it arrived and as soon as I opened the package I could smell it before I even opened the box!! I will have to order a good supply this winter. (next time a mint flavor, I still prefer it in the mornings)
