This was my first mineral makeup purchase. I have blimished skin and and live in South Florida. I needed something that was light and didn't add to my skin problems. This makeup fit the bill! My skin feels great when I wear it! I feel like I am not wearing anything. My face has cleared up some and the concealer is like a "magic eraser". The price was great. I never bought mineral makeup because of the high price. You deffinately do not get what you paid for! You get much more! I have become a lifetime user and will gladly recomend this product to anyone. There is a "learning curve". The first time I used it I made a bit of a mess, but after a few days it has become much easier and cleaner to apply. The only thing I don't like is the bronzer. I think it may because I'm not sure how to use it. It makes my face look dirty. So I just don't use it.

Just wanted everyone to know make sure name is correct on what you think you are ordering, I purchased Mineral Make-up thinking it was Bare Essentials, after a few applications I broke out in Hives, double checked the jar, found out it was not the product I thought it was, it was an imatation of Bare Essentials.

First makeup that works for me

I live in the tropics in Asia. I live mostly outdoors, I surf, I paddle and I play hard since and I'm a mom of four. Makeup does not stay on me. It always looks sloppy or overdone. I shy away from cheap brands because I'm wary of the toxicity, so over the years I've wasted a lot of money into makeup that didn't work. I've also tried the natural/organic Sephora brands. This IQ Natural 16pc beginner kit was completely effortless. I have very dark rings under my eyes due to the heat and the sun and the I used the lighter base powder and the concealer brush included to hide the dark pigment around the eye, and for the first time it worked. The rings were gone. The rest of the makeup worked amazingly well and looked so natural. I'm 44 and I've tried makeup for at least 25 yrs and for me this brand is a breakthrough. First time mineral attempt - I liked it

Never tried mineral makeup before but followed the directions and it goes on well. I needed to spend more money to get super saver shipping and this was less expensive than other mineral makeup so I got it.I was nervous about not getting the "brand names" out there but the fact that this is all natural and has the ingredients that you're supposed to have in mineral makeup (and doesn't have fillers to my knowledge) makes it a good starter kit to buy. I use MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Microperfecting Primer beforehand and that makes it last all day. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that some of the eye shadow and one of the blush's included in this set had too much sparkle for my taste for daytime looks. But the other blush, the foundations and concealers, mineral veil and brushes are all good. Comes with a nice traveling case for makeup and one for brushes, too.

The best lip balm I have found

When I first discovered Natural Ice Cherry, I fell in love. I have tried a bunch of lip balms and this one is by far the best. It has just the right amount of menthol to feel comforting, and I really like the consistency... It is firm enough that it doesn't just mash out of the tube (like Blistex Medicated does), it doesn't taste/feel waxy (like Chap Stick does), and it's not too firm or dry (like Origins Lip Balm is). It feels great on my lips, tastes/smells good, and best of all it continues to moisturize my lips for a long time (unlike some other lip balms that leave you needing to re-apply constantly). I usually only use it 2-3 times a day... it lasts that long!I was really bummed when I couldn't find it in stores anymore. But leave it to Amazon to come to my rescue! I am thrilled that I can buy this product here. I hope it never goes away, because it's the best!

the best lip balm ever!!

I love this, especially in the cold and dry winter, where my lips get chapped and so dry that they sometimes bleed. Some of the other "chap sticks" are ok, but leave my lips feeling a bit greasy. This one doesn't. It makes my lips need nice and soft, even in the middle of winter. This product has me sold on lip balm and I am now a big fan. I use it daily.
