I have been struggling with symptoms of menopause for some time. Someone suggested I try a Progesterone cream. I had no idea what to expect, but I was willing to give it a try. I've been using it for a couple weeks now.I was most interested in finding something that would deal with the erratic mood shifts. I've never had night sweats or hot flashes, so I can't speak to whether the cream works on those symptoms. However, before using the cream I felt like a 12 year old going through horrible hormonal changes. I now feel like a sane adult again.If you're also dealing with mood swings I suggest you try a bottle.

I'm about to order a second bottle after a few months of use. I'm 46, an RN and have had terrible mood swings for years as well as increasing "brain fog". I'm 48 and definitely feeling the effects of perimenopause...I liked the reviews, so gave this product a try.When I rec'd and used my first order it worked wonderfully. I not only slept better after just a few days of starting to use the cream, but I also didn't have to get up to pee all night long and did not have any night sweats. I also used a small amount around my eyes and other wrinkly areas and I could practically see my skin responding and plumping up again...it was THAT good.After finishing the first bottle I purchased a second one and it just doesn't seem to work as well. It's like the ingredients are different. I'm still sleeping better and not having to get up all night (thank goodness!), but it doesn't have that same wonderous effect as a moisturizer. Oh well! I'll keep using for the good properties.Also, good smell and isn't sticky.

I love this product. I was previously using a perscription cream from a compounding pharmacy and I will tell you this product works better! I am just starting the peri-menapause phase of life. The weird dreams, fluctuating sleep and energy patterns as well as just being on edge when I miss ToM was driving me crazy. This product changes the game for me. I had been having migrains, dizziness, memory loss and confusion for about two years and decided to retire. Went to many doctors - no help or ideas. Twice two prescriptions sent me to the hospital. Nothing worked. Last year my daughter suggested I try Pro-gest for my headaches. About five days later I realized that my dizziness and confusion were gone and over time my headaches were deminished. Good stuff

I bought weaker cream locally but switch over once I received this in the mail. Initially I put too much on and felt tired all day. I've since adjusted to a good amount for me which I put on right before bed. I sleep all through the night even though I'm pre-menopausal. My anxiety levels have gone down and no more hot flashes. Only problem is it has a slight smell of peanut butter..sexy. Important to stop taking it for a period of time as per instructions.

Like others I have been researching everything I could get my hands on to deal with my menopausal symptoms. I am 48 years old and started experiencing hot flashes and many sleepless nights. I even resorted to prescription sleeping pills which I didn't like taking. So glad for Amazon and reading all the feedback from actual users of this product. From the first day I got it I have slept like a baby! I think just having enough sleep each night can assist in dealing with everything else! I started doing the organic shots of apple cider vinegar to reduce my hot flashes a few weeks before I read about this product, which does work well, but with the combination of the Pro-Gest I have completely stopped having them. So no more hot flashes and great nights of sleep finally! Very happy I found this product and would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from the same symptoms. I do use the smaller amount of the cream (a pea size) and it's all I've needed for these great results!

Just be careful....

As long as I was mensturating it seemed to work fairly well. Mainly just being able to sleep better. After reading most of Dr. Lee's book though I found that where he thinks these creams are the answer to life I don't agree. I recommend not taking the large dosage (or even small) that he and others prescribe. That is the tricky part is finding the right dosage.I reached a point in using these creams at a low dosage (smaller than a size of a pea) once every other day off and on for six months, that I was so sleepy I couldn't function and something just didn't feel right. I would roar like a lion in my head, I felt very aggressive and irritable. And like the other post mentioned, I'd get period cramps. When I quit using the cream I felt better...I really think (and doing reasearch) that it can build up in the system fairly quickly.Hormones fluctuate a lot in perimenopause and to say these creams are the answer to it all isn't correct. If you want to check out an interesting site look at askapatient and progesterone. It will show the severe side effects people can get using these creams and also the prog pill is listed in here too.

I bought their progesterone cream not too long ago, and when I was told by my endocrinologist to take DHEA, I knew I wanted a bioidentical cream, rather than an oral medication. Their products arrive quickly and are high- quality. Since I added DHEA to the "mix", if you will, I have been sleeping soundly and am awakening without a sluggish feel in the morning. It might not sound too convincing, but I have been an insomniac for quite some time(years).It's quite an achievement for me to awaken and fall back to sleep, something I could have never done without my adrenal glands being taken care of. I'm not sure if it's one cream alone or the combination, but it doesn't matter, I'll be using both for a while.

This Natural Radiance is awesome. I tried all the over the counter meds and nothing worked. I was in misery with hotflashes and night sweats to the extreme of not sleeping..I saw this on amazon. I tried it for approx 3 weeks and no more hotflashes and I sleep well at nite...Yes I would highly recommend this to anyone...

I was very skeptical when I purchased this because I had tried other over the counter products that didn't work at all. But I noticed a big difference within 2 days. Before I started using the Estrogen/Estriol cream I was having hot flashes all throughout the day, and night sweats. They have been almost totally eliminated since I started using the cream. I underwent a total hysterectomy 15 years ago and have been on oral hormone replacement therapy. I am a nurse in a cancer center and the doctors I work with told me a couple of years ago that I needed to be off of it because of the possible risks. So, I stopped taking the oral med a year and a half ago, and my life became miserable. This has made my life livable again.
