After some in depth research on this product I decided to order it as I wanted to improve my physical well being and appearance. Genf20Plus has made a visible difference in not only my "internal clock" by my waking up much earlier feeling more refreshed but my hair and skin have also improved. My hair seems shinier and healthier, and my skin seems to have more elasticity. A family member I hadn't seen in awhile couldn't believe that I was 50. If you just want to feel better and look better, I highly recommend this product. The only thing is I had a hard time remembering at first to take the two pills an hour before lunch and two an hour before dinner. But once you get in the habit, it becomes second nature, (or did it really help my memory as well!)

Comparison review to product"Renewal HGH original"

Of the two products claiming to do the same thing, I prefer the Always Young LLC Renewal HGH original product. They seem to have the same benefits, intentions, results -- so the disparity between the two products is in the flavor since both products require shooting 2-3 blasts under your tongue 2-3 times daily. This product has a tingly-burn sensation when using and an aftertaste I can only compare to another product called "Chloroseptic" -- which to me, has the essence of burned-tar-smell kind of flavor. Therefore I would prefer the Renewal HGH from AY, LLC over this one (Vital HGH) simply because I don't want to avoid using it due to taste.

This is the only spray HGH product thatA) Doesn't come from some fly-by-night or MLM company.B) Claims to produce the highest measured (IGF-1) results using an independent, 5 mo. double-blind, placebo-controlled studyandC) Doesn't RIDICULOUSLY inflate the price due to uplines or advertising (though I see one other Amazon merchant is asking over TWICE what this one is asking! So, shop around! ;) ).There are many good reasons to be skeptical about HGH supplementation and homeopathy in particular. FWIW, I've used and sorted through nearly every mood or energy vitamin, herb and supplement out there for the last 11 years. All I can tell you is that when I use this, I definately feel less tired and grouchy in the evenings and sleep better than I probably have in the last 10 years. Good for chronic fatigue

I have fibromyalgia and went to a lecture at the Oregon Health Sciences University to learn the latest research. They had studied people with FMS when they were exercising & discovered that unlike normal people, FMS sufferers do not show increases in Human Growth Hormone levels when they exercise. This is why exercise is so difficult & exhausting for us. They discovered that large doses of HGH virtually cured this condition. But the necessary dosage would cost about $800/mo. After the lecture I found this product at my local natural foods store and, although the dosage is far less than any prescription, I thought I would give it a try. It took about 4 weeks to start noticing a difference, but then there was substantial improvement. My pain levels are not affected by this dosage, but my energy levels are up dramatically. I am now able to do yoga daily, which does decrease my pain level, and to do cardio workouts 2-3 times a week. Exercise is one of the best treatments for FMS. I have been using this product for 2 years now, including a 4-month break from it to make sure it was still making a difference.A friend of mine researched the formula in this product after discovering that HGH is not legally available w/o prescription. My first cycle of Symbiotropin was back in college when it first came out. Somewhere around 2002 if I recall. I have taken this product on and off for 1-2 month time-frames as I have started and stopped workout cycles. Like the other reviewers have stated, sleep quality and energy increases. What they fail to mention are the muscular gains if coupled with a serious anaerobic workout regiment and nutrition program. I recall in 1 month adding serious strength gains and shedding pounds. You will go throughout your day full of energy and workout recovery is simply phenomenal. I recommend actually doubling the dosage (never tried Meditropin which is 2x strength) to 2 tablets at night and 2 in the morning. The absolute key to this product is taking it on an empty stomach. If you fail to do that you will not see any of the benefits. I've also often thought that another bonus of this supplement is the sustained energy and recovery times I noticed. Maybe it was placebo effect, but I worked out harder and faster and retained the energy to really push my workouts. The mid-workout plateau or burnout stopped after a few days on this. Follow the directions, eat healthy and add two doses of Designer Whey (second product I recommend...) throughout the day and I'm positive your results will be similar.

More energy and great sleep!

I have been taking this product for 4 months now. It takes a month or so to notice the dramatic results, but it's worth the wait. I have more energy at the end of the work day. I thought I was sleeping well before taking this product, but now I'm experiencing a very deep sleep. I have vivid dreams. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. I have not been exercising much since taking this product, but hope to start soon now that I have more energy.

I used Symbiotropin for one 4-week cycle. I can't say that I noticed any changes in my body composition. (My skin healing might have improved, but I'm unsure.) Very noticeable, though, was improved sleep. For a few months, I had been unable to sleep over four hours straight -- and had low sleep quality -- what I could do twice a day but still miss proper restoration.The first night on Symbiotropin, I slept about six hours -- with decent sleep quality. My sleep remained about like that until week four, when it suddenly went to 8 hours, a few nights in a row, not great sleep quality yet good sleep quality.(That fourth week I tried a different strategy, instead of taking Symbiotropin right before bed. Instead, I took Symbiotropin, waited an hour or two, then ate (whole raw eggs, soured raw milk, unheated honey -- and sometimes banana -- all blended), and only then soon went to sleep.)After four weeks, that being the package size, I ran out of Symbiotropin. Gradually, over the past two weeks without it, my sleep has deteriorated, and I'm sleeping about six hours straight, decent quality. I wanted more Symbiotropin (if not Meditropin, rather), but it's too costly for me right now. So I bought some of MHP's Secretagogue-One. I'll see how that goes, and, after four weeks or so, maybe post of review of that product, too.

I've been a personal trainer for 13 years and I've tried so many products out there. I believe this one is great. Only been on it for 4 weeks of a 12 week cycle it's been great thus far. I sleep better, wake better it's just been great. As for muscle improvements I've gained some muscle mass and leaned out rather nicely thus far. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to help even things out within their own body. Also this was recommended to me for anti-aging I think it's great.

I love this product and was so glad to find it on amazon because I have had a hard time finding it. I feel better and have alot more energy when I take this. I don't sleep as long and get up more refreshed. I call it my kick in the but morning drink. After taking it for a week or so I notice that I just feel better overall. It's not a miracle but I can tell when I have been out of it for a while. That tired sluggish feeling comes back. Even my husband notices a differance in me when I take it. Although he says it doesn't effect him the same.

I started using this product at the beginning of May. By my second day of use I noticed an increase in strength. All the weights I had been lifting previously were ridiculously easy and I had to increase on just about every exercise. About 3 days into the week I noticed that my muscle repair and recovery was super fast as I no longer feel any soreness the day after heavy lifting or high intensity distance running.Week 2 I had already put on 2 pounds of muscle and it became obvious to me that the product works. I was totally physced to get this producr after all the hype about what it is going to do for you, but after taking it as recommended I was pretty dissatisfied with it. im not saying it doesnt work. It just didnt work for me!! maybe youll have better results, but im just glad i found it here cheaper than what they are asking at the website. hats off to amazon for putting it out there at such a discount!! ps. there other products work great!! fyi

No Results!!

Started useing this product 7 days ago and have seen no results!!. It claims within the first 7 days you will have increased energy, strength, and libido. I have experienced none of the above (I even incresed the dosage after 2 days). I tried posting this information on their forums but my post must be confirmed by the moderator first. This is not worth the money. Ingredients are not true "Growth Hormones" and you're better off saving your money just about anything but this. The container looks like a small tub of butter. It's not even worth writing about. Run, run as fast as you can from this..

I have read that It takes at least 4-6 weeks of taking this product to feel any difference, but after three weeks of taking GHR, I ran my fastest time 5K and 10K runs. I've been running for a while and finally beat my times.

Energy booster sounds weird, but works!

My husband and I tried Earth's Bounty - Longevitrol Anti-Aging Formula while visiting my sister. Her doctor had recommended it for both her and her husband. I noticed a big change in my energy levels and general feeling of well-being. I ordered it at soon as I got home and am still using it. It is made from the extract of deer antler velvet. I thought it was strange, but 1) my sister does not make wild suggestions, and 2) antler velvet is an amazing tissue that grows those huge racks in a single season, just a few weeks. I have tried a lot of things that promised this kind of energy and didn't deliver. This one works for me.
