I was a long time user of L'Oreal's Line Eraser eye cream and I was so disappointed when it was discontinued. I ordered this for the retinol (thinking I would have the same dramatic results as Line Eraser). I haven't noticed a difference at all and I've been using it everyday for 7 months. I'm very disappointed!

I'm a man, and have had dark bags under my eyes from staying up too late playing video games and watching TV since I was 16. Having used this product off an on for about a month I can say that I have noticed a difference in the color of the skin under my eyes. I think there would have been a greater difference if I had corrected my sleeping habits and applied the lotion twice a day instead of just when I go to sleep. This product however is by far the cheapest solution to dark eye circles and unlike most other product it can be easily obtained at a local drug store. Since I am young, I can't really comment as to its effectiveness on clearing wrinkeles but for those of you night owls out there who either dont get much sleep or spend a majority of your time looking at a tv screen, I would reccomend it.

i was looking for good eye cream and i finally found the best one! i visited many websites and the stores and this is the best one at this price. other department store products are way too expensive so i bought Roc eye cream but this is just as good as department store products! it's really small but i use only small amount each time so its fine. i think i will get this later again!

How can I compare Roc eye cream to Lamer? Yes I can. They are both Made in France. Lamer The Eye Balm is $140 VS Roc Correxion Eye Cream $14 (Amazon). (both are 0.5 oz) I love Lamer but I also love Roc eye cream about the same. Only that I can buy 10 Roc instead of 1 Lamer. I use eye cream since I turn 20 and now has been 15 years of prevention. I careless about face and body cream but I do careful about my eyes. I never miss a night putting on eye cream. So Roc save me money. The company and product are reliable- that's very important. I can't speak for others but so far so good for me.

Excellent product

I've used some very expensive eye creams and this Aveeno product works just as well AND doesn't burn when a little finds its way into my eyes. I read where shitake mushrooms were great for anti-wrinkles, googled it and this product popped up. Glad it did, saves you money compared to the luxury creams and IMO works great.

I started using Aveeno products from a sample given me by dermatologist. I quickly saw that it did more for me than the very expensive department store brands. This product is very good at firming. I mistakenly bought the brightening cream the last time which was not what I needed at age 68. I've been using this for a couple of years now - paying a fortune for it at the dermatologist. I'm so glad to find it finally on the market at a lower price. It has all but eliminated the wrinkles and bags under my eyes. I use a dab morning and evening and LOVE it!

Did Not Work

My dermotologist suggested I try this. I used it exactly as told. The following day, the circles were more wrinkled then ever. I contacted his nurse who suggested I give it a little more time. After another day, it was even worse. I couldn't believe it! Went back to the doctor and told me to stop using the product immediately. This product did more damage than good. I would not recommend it.

So I turned 30 this year and...well...I noticed that my barely-there fine lines were now turning into wrinkles (due to the 15 years of heavy smoking). I actually started to notice my wrinkles after I quit smoking. My skin went through a "yuck" stage for about 9 months. Of course it got really bad when my wedding came around. I researched everything, tried every product at sephora and nordstroms, spoke to dermatologists, paid too much money for skin care professionals to do some false treatment and tell me I need to drink more water and reduce my stress. Yeah...ok..I drink 64oz of water a day...that aint the problem! Anyhow, to make a long story short, I got so desperate to get rid of these wrinkles that I went for a consultaion with a laser skin care professional. Before I spent $1,000 on laser treatment, the woman asked if I have been using Lumiere (as if "everyone" was using it). I told her I'd get back to her on my decision to laser and focused my research on Lumiere eye cream. It makes sense that cells would produce more cells and actually repair the skin, so I gave it a shot. It's waaaaay more affordable on Amazon than anywhere else. I have been using it for 3 weeks and my wrinkles are barely noticeable. I really want to use the whole line of products, but they are a lot more expensive. All in all, this has been my saving grace. My skin is glowing with hydration. I have NO dark circles, always looking refreshed. A new coworker told me I looked 23 the other day! I'm never using another eye cream. I feel like FINALLY!

Amazing Results

First I must say I am writing this review for all of my girl friends. I have been used Strivectin eye cream for 3 years, since age 39. You can get a sample at Sephora, just ask and they will make one for you. This is how I first tried it. As for being expensive - Bull- you get OVER an 1 ounce of product for 59.00, almost ALL eye creams are for .50, half an ounce! This cream is amazing, I put it on my friends, just one eye and not the other and their jaws drop! It takes care of puffiness, dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles. Now, if you have abused your skin and you have MAJOR wrinkles, I don't know if anything on the market can help, be realistic.... I only use mine in the morning when I really need it, lasts all day and one tube usually lasts me over a year. The only place I use it, is under and around my eyes not my whloe face. I have not tried the other products, but I am sure they are just as amazing.

I've only been using it for about 2 weeks now, and while it hasn't done much for my dark under eye circles, it's made an amazing difference in my crows feet! It's worked better than the other eye creams I've tried so far. I recommend it.

not as good as the stretch mark cream

I have had pretty good results with stri-vectin stretch mark cream for my post baby skin issues, so I thought I'd try the eye cream because I am getting some small but discernible lines under my eyes. Well, after 2 weeks of using this, I look OLDER than before. The bag have increased considerably, so much so that several people have remarked that I look tired or as one said, exhausted! Nice. I don't even care about the lines now because the dark circles and bags are so much more prominent. So I didn't use it last night, and lo and behold, the puffiness decreased in one day. What a ripoff this product was. I am very disappointed. Don't waste your money!

Stivectin for under eyes

Having used this product for a couple of weeks now I swear I can see a real difference in the dark circles and even the fine lines around my eyes. I would recommend this to anyone concerned about these areas. Certainly the best product I've found to date.

worth every penny! It is really nice to use a product that does exactly as described and then some!! Myself as well as others have noticed a difference in my skin in a short amount of time. Overall I see the heavier lines all smoother and less defined. The dark circles and puffy bags under my eyes are much less noticeable(huge difference), and the overall texture of my skin is smoother. I have tried many products specifically for pore reduction with not one getting the job done. I really notice a reduction in the size of the pores on my nose. I am super sensitive to perfumes, lotions, and skin care products but have had no problems with strivectin. At first I was thinking the product was a little expensive but when you figure that it will last you about 3-6mo it's less than most name brand products you would buy at Macys or Nordstrom, and about the same as the products at the drug stores. The difference is this product really does work, I love it!

Good product, bad packaging....

I have been using the Elastiderm eye products for a year now. I started with this cream. The cream is an outstanding product but the packing leaves a lot to be desired. The "jar" makes cream extraction tedious in that you'll have more cream under your nails than on your finger, traveling with the jar is a hassle because when the jar tips all of the cream slants to the side and sticks to the lid, and with opening the jar twice per day the cream eventually got a little dried out. I switched to the gel which comes in a little pump jar and found that it works as well as the cream but is easier to extract, easier to travel with, and can not dry out. The results around my eyes are the same but the gel is much more hassle free!

I have trouble sleeping so I purchased this eye cream to help eleviate the dark circles that I sometimes get. Like most of the other eye creams that I have tried this one gives the same result which is to irritate my eyes. The effects were worse than one of my allergy attacks with burning, itching and redness. I would not recommended this product for people with sensitive skin or eyes.

I Love the Neutrogena Radiance Boost eye cream. It really makes a difference if you use it everyday or just a few times a week.

I've tried pretty much every eye product out there and spent hundreds of dollars on various products (rather ashamed of this but I'm being honest). Having horrible dark circles under your eyes runs in my family due to allergies and various over reasons. Most dermatologists will tell you that you just have to live with dark circle because there isn't much that can be done. Some products are actual skin lighteners which bleach the skin and maybe if your problem isn't as chronic as mine but your under eye skin is very sensitive and thin. The Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream is the only product I've tried that makes any visible difference. (Caudalie makes an eye cream that makes your eyes feel really good after a rough night but no visible difference.) This one visibly makes your eye area look healthy and bright. The effect isn't huge but is far greater than anything else I've tried. It works great at reducing puffiness while restoring the natural firmness of the under-eye area. It works fairly well on the dark circles, more on the circle park than the dark. It is not an anti-wrinkle cream so no effect there. You should be careful not to use too much (this actually reduces the effectiveness) and don't let it build up over time. Oh and to be fair I guess the Garnier Nutritioniste caffine eye stick works a little, caffine does increase blood flow to skin but its not much of an effect (but the cold silver ball on applictor does feel really nice on tired eyes). This Neutrogena one, however, far outperforms the rest. A girl in one of my classes told me that all the girls in her dorm use it to recover after all night binges, I cant speak for that but for my slightly older skin it seems to work quite well.

Murad Resurgence Renewing Eye Cream

One use of this cream made my eyes puffy for 3 days. I've used other Murad eye creams and had no problem. I am currently trying to get a refund from Murad. I do NOT RECOMMEND using this product. If you are compelled to try it, make sure nobody is going to see you for a few days in case you puff up like I did!

Fine lines begone

I'm a 25 year old female who is already concerned about fine lines around the eyes. I've tried many products, eye creams even more expensive than this and none have done the job this has. My lines have dramatically been reduced. The cream is NOT greasy and sinks right in easily. Another hugeee plus is that it doesn't cause milia, the lil white dots that appear if you use a heavy moisturizer around your eyes. Some eye creams, especially the cheap ones, increase moisture with the wrong kinds of creams, causing these lil milia to appear. This doesn't happen with this lovely cream. Get this. You won't regret it.One downside is that I occasionally get this product into my contacts, which causes them to blur and become uncomfortable. Being more careful not to get it actually in the eye would probably solve that dilemma.

This Murad product actually does all it claims to do. Fine lines are no longer viseable, darker areas under eyes and the morning puffy look is gone! I used more expensive lines, such as Chanel's Sublimage. This cream is as good or better and much less costly! This is a cream I will continue to use. The dispenser is well designed and no excessive cream is wasted. Being over 60 yrs and desert heat in Arizona can be brutal on the tender skin around eyes-- but with this cream you would never know it!

Best eye cream made by Murad. Your eyes will look younger in no time with this cream. It's great at reducing puffiness in the morning and helps prevent wrinkles too. People have a very hard time guessing my age. I think Murad has some of the best skin care products. The Murad line is expensive, but you can expect quality ingredients for the price.

Best Eye Cream I've Ever Used

After spending a lot of money especially on Clinique, Estee Lauder and trying other samples of eye creams, I found this one the best. It instantly takes away the redness and the puffiness, and makes me look awake. Although a bit pricey, Murad eye cream works the best for me.

irritating and contains controversial ingredient - oxybonzone

It feels a little too thick for me and I would prefer a lotion feeling. It is also a little bit harder to spread evenly, probably because it contains SPF. I have used it for several months now and did not see much improvement of my dark circles.But my major problem with it is that it irritates my eyes. It usually feels fine when I just applied it. But during the day if I touch my eyes or if tears come out after I yarn, the eye cream can get into my eyes and my eyes will hurt. I have no problem with any of my other eye creams including many lancome eye creams and serums, origins no puffy eyes, shiseido's, and l'oreal's eye creams.Later, I found out that it contains a controversial ingredient, oxybonzone. Although there is no definite results about the negative effects of it, oxybonzone is a powerful free radical generator activated by ultraviolet light. These free radicals could initiate a reaction that may ultimately lead to melanoma and other skin cancers. To be safe, I would prefer to use oxybonzone free products. So I stopped using it.

EYE Love It

I did my research in eye creams. I wanted something with natural plant extracts, caffeine, and UV protection... Putting other brands head to head with this gave me a satisfaction that i was making a good choice in spending so much on an eye cream. To me this is all about preventative care. I dont want to wait until i really have eyes that look like they NEED a smathering of eye cream, i intend to use this stuff to prevent just that. Amazon's price of $44 is great compared to $60 from other places. Make the investment to help your eyes.

I have to say that fragrances in face products make me insane.. I have been a fan of Olay, since I was about 20. I really love it, and for a man.. it's a great thing with all the shaving and scrubbing of my face on a regular basis. I find that this "Olay Regenerist Eye Serum, .5-Ounce Bottle" is a great choice as it is FRAGRANCE FREE and does a great job of keeping my face looking fresh and clean after a shave or after washing. I am in my mid thirty's now and get I'D'd at the store, and if I'm on a bar.. I can be sure that I will get carded. I think alot of this has to do with this product, (and clean living of course, ) and I say give it a try. I use it after I shower in the daytime, and again after I shower at night. It doesn't feel greasy at all, goes on light and absorbs in. Good stuff, great product in my personal opinion.

I am fairly new to Olay line and decided to give this one a try. I am in mid 30s and starting to develop some small lines around the eyes with occasional dark circles and tired look overall. So far, I really enjoy this serum, it feels very smooth and silky, my skin absorbs it really fast without feeling oily and it does not set in the lines. After using it for few weeks now, I do feel my eyes look more refreshed and less tired. I would definitely go back to it.

Cream is good, needs a better pump design

The cream is well worth the price, a little goes a long way. But I agree with other reviews on the pump, Olay should design a better pump for this tiny bottle.

I like the design of the container. I like the pump because one has better control when applying the cream.The cream comes out easily and does not put out more than one needs.I have sensitive eyes and have not had problems with the cream accidently getting in my eyes, if I rub my eyes.I don't really know if it really gets rid of my crow's feet but it moisturizes very well. I will order it again.

Wow, it really work!

My husband and I were in Las Vegas, walking around the Mall. A young sales lady walked up to me with this lotion and said "you need to try this". I am 49 years old and look my age. My husband said go ahead. She put the Oro Gold on one side beside my eye. My husband says, "WOW, it really worked". I looked in mirror and you could really see the difference. I could feel the difference also. She put it on the other eye to even them out. We wanted to buy it right then and there until she said $200.00. I am so happy we didn't buy it there but here on line. I got the whole set for under the $200.00 for just the eye treatment. Thank you.

My mother had bought this from a place at the mall and really liked it and said she wanted more for Mother's Day. So I looked for them back at the mall and didn't find them so I did what anyone does looked it up on-line not only did I find it it was way cheaper then at the mall. Shipping was very fast.
