I did some reshearch online and decided to give it a try. The first I used was only hyaluronic acid and then I found this BioCell Collagen combination and I have been using for over 3 years now. For me the results have been amazing! I have more flexabilty and rarely any joint pain since I started using this formula. With age, this production may diminish and arthritis with stiff joints sets in. With taking this the results are slow as there is no fast delivery system in bones or cartilage. This does seem to be working - pain 90% gone and with 30 seconds of exercise in bed can now easily arise. Before much more difficult. So far not a cure but sure improved the situation.

Works! Back pain by Jennie from US on 2010-04-27 I've only taken it for a few days, but I already see that my back injury is now in less pain. What's strange is that the pain comes back a few hours after the pills taken until I take new ones. So I take about 9 pills in 3 portions plus 5 pills of hyaurunic acid in a day. Hope I"m not over-dosing. I hope another week goes by the pain doesn't come back in large as such and that the pills actually do the healing work as well instead of "pain killing" as it seems to be what I"m feeling.By the way, Cosco sells it for $18.95, all the prices on Amazon are such rip-offs.

This was my third purchase; I take the recommended six tablets per day; I'm in my fourth month of using this supplement and I plan to continue with it, indefinitely. Initially, there was a substantial weight loss - a little too much for me - but I've since regained what I needed. My fine hair seems no thicker - but - where there was a noticeable receding hairline, all the hair has regrown and that sure is wonderful. Complexion and fingernails show nice improvements, but the most remarkable for me is that I no longer need to wear supports for my ankles when I'm active. I suffered a degree of permanent damage to the tendons in both ankles many years ago, to the point that I had to be careful just getting out of bed in the morning. Warning, Contains Sulfites! by makesense from Duluth, MN on 2010-02-20 this product may have high quality collagen, it does not taste at all bad like some claim. However, if you are ill to any degree, or if you have allergies, you cannot take this product! Sulfites are an added preservative that is at best difficult to digest for most people, therefore by adding sulfites, it cancels out any good derived from the collagen. I'm still looking for a high quality collagen that doesn't have sulfites.

It tasteless so it is fine to use in all liquids but a vitamin C drink is the preferred. My only complaint is that it must be shaken and not stirred to be dissolved. I may try the capsules in the future because of this but will defintely continue using it.
