I'm 47 years old and began having my first perimenopausal symptoms around age 45. I'm like "what"...I'm too young. I guess my body and genetics decide when menopause starts, not me. I started HRT replacement meds and decided after about 6 months, I didn't like all the possible side affects so I took myself off them. I'm an avid exerciser (walking) and try eating right (most of the time) and I can tell you from the voice of experience ladies, if you don't exercise during this stage of your life, your hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and fatigue WILL be worse. Hear me, they WILL BE WORSE !! I firmly believe had I not been in decent shape, exercised, and eat semi-heathy food, my symtoms would have been 10 times worse!! I started taking Estroven (OTC) when I took myself off HRT. That certainly helps, but I still had a few morning sweats especially when I'd put on my makeup or drank coffee. I've never had the night sweats like a lot of women experience. I was hesitant to purchase this product because of the price but I am so glad I did. My hot flashes were getting so debilitating and the night sweats kept me from getting a solid nights sleep. Within a few weeks my hot flashes decreased to 1 a day and now I have stopped getting them at all. My night sweats have disappeared as well. I feel I have more energy and less brain fog. I had read three books on the subject of bio-identical hormones and could not find a doctor around here who knew about or agreed to work with me on the subject. I took myself off of HRT Prempro and worked with Accupuncturists, herbs without much effect. I would wake up drenched with sweat and in a hot flash every hour during the night...which of course then turned into chills. I used less than minimal amount. Two pumps measured less than 1/4 tsp which was starter dose. I was very happy with results. I still had hot flashes, still woke up but not as severe. Hesitated to increase, as Estrogen is Estrogen, albeit natural form is thought to be less dangerous. Be sure you use both Progesterone and Estrogen. One of the books I read said that it is the imbalance that can set you off. It also said that Progesterone can be converted to other hormones the body needs to help balance. Sometimes they just start with Progesterone and then add the Estrogen. Since then I have found a doctor and a pharmacy to concoct my own balance. Your goal should be to get hormones tested and then a personal formula. This can get you through until then. By the way, the price is very reasonable. I just started using this product. I was at my wit's end, with night sweats and hot flashes lasting 3 weeks out of the month, and getting little sleep, not to mention - moody. I applied the product as directed to start - 1/4 tsp. I wasn't sure if it was really effective, as my night sweats started up again right on time. I re-read the directions and increased to 1/2 tsp. Wow! As soon as I upped the dosage - I still get hot at night, but nothing that wakes up, and my hot flashes during the day are gone! I am completely amazed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the relief continues. My only issue is with the price. It does seem pricey compared to other creams (which I haven't tried). However, after years of suffering, and finally finding something that works, I won't be trying anything else anytime soon - so it's worth it.

I paid for expedited shipping and I received my product two days after amazon released my information to the seller, so I am pleased with the timeliness. I had been experiencing hot flashes at least ten times per day, waking me up several times a night. I work in a hospital operating room where I have to wear a hat, mask, gown and gloves during surgery and the hot flashes were almost debilitating. I would have perspiration running down my chest and back, I turned red and I felt like I would faint sometimes. I started using the cream on a friday, though probably not enough since there are no instructions regarding how to measure the product (for reference I measured 1/4 tsp as six pumps). By the following wednesday I began having fewer hot flashes. I also experienced breast tenderness and I broke out with a few pimples. That was almost three weeks ago, and I now have no hot flashes most days. Occasionally I will have one during the day, usually if I get heated up from something else. I gave it four stars because of the price, and the fact that there were no instructions on how to measure 1/4 tsp, but I am completely satisfied with the ease of use and effectiveness of this product and I will be ordering more.

I have been struggling with symptoms of menopause for some time. Someone suggested I try a Progesterone cream. I had no idea what to expect, but I was willing to give it a try. I've been using it for a couple weeks now.I was most interested in finding something that would deal with the erratic mood shifts. I'm 48 and definitely feeling the effects of perimenopause...I liked the reviews, so gave this product a try.When I rec'd and used my first order it worked wonderfully. I not only slept better after just a few days of starting to use the cream, but I also didn't have to get up to pee all night long and did not have any night sweats. I also used a small amount around my eyes and other wrinkly areas and I could practically see my skin responding and plumping up again...it was THAT good.After finishing the first bottle I purchased a second one and it just doesn't seem to work as well. It's like the ingredients are different. I'm still sleeping better and not having to get up all night (thank goodness!), but it doesn't have that same wonderous effect as a moisturizer. Oh well! I'll keep using for the good properties.Also, good smell and isn't sticky.

This cream works very well in progesterone delivery. It made a significant difference after the very first month I used it. It does not, however, really smell like vanilla. It smells more like an herbal mixture. This is the best creme available.After Years of experience of selling and using various Progesterone Creme's since the 90's I would recommend Natural Radiance 2% Progesterone Cream above all else. I have even used prescription compound progesterone cream for a few years and it was not a good experience.I quite that and have returned to using Natural Radiance 2% progesterone cream again.
