I love these vitamins. This is the second time I've ordered from this seller and haven't had any problems at all. The glass bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap and have always come in perfect shape. If I were to buy these vitamins at my local health food store they would cost $25 per bottle. This is the most economical way to purchase these vitamins. And, since the seller has always delivered what they promise, I will purchase from them again.

I bought these vitamins from Amazon at a reduced rate than what was available in stores. It came very quickly and I really love these vitamins. They are a whole food liquid/gel vitamin and very easy on the stomach. Even if I take these on an empty stomach, I still do not get that sick feeling like I do with other vitamins.

I was looking for a food based vitamin. This is the first one I have tried. I have been taking it for a little over a month. I do not take the recommended three daily. I was taking two in the am with breakfast and I noticed bright yellow pee which is usually a sign of lack of vitamin absorption from too high of a load. I started taking one in am and one in pm and I noticed that my body wasn't dumping as many vitamins and I felt better. There is some noticeable energy differences when I do not take it. There is definitely a difference from when I was taking a generic chemical compound multi. My skin and hair look healthier. I haven't gotten sick once since I started taking it, but that could be coincidental. I have decided to stick with a whole food based vitamin because my body seems to like that better. I may try another brand though to just see what else is on the market. All in all it is worth trying this multi if you can handle taking more than one dose at a time and the larger size. It has a liquid gel cap that contains gelatin so not vegetarian if that is important to you. If you have any allergies make sure you read the label carefully as there are many herbs and fruit-veggie blends in these.

I got my vitamins quickly and began taking them right away. I've gotta say, these are the best vitamins I've ever taken! They've got everything I need and then some, and they absorb easily so I know I'm actually absorbing ALL of what's in there (which is a LOT! Check out the ingredients list if you don't believe me!). Great Product!

I've used this product for a while now and it's all I'll use. The liquid gel puts the vitamins into your body so fast that you can't help but feel better when you take it. The three capsule dose seems like it's a bit much but when you compare this product to the "once daily" caplets that are out there, you'll be ok with it. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

I wanted a vitamin that made me feel healthy and energetic. Vitamin Code does just that. It's not a nervous, jittery energy that some "vitamins" cause you to feel. It just gives you a kick in the pants and makes you feel good and strong.

Excellent Vitamin

My doctor recommended this vitamin. I have a three and four year old, so I've been extremely tired, but within the first two weeks of taking this vitamin I felt so energized, especially when I wake up in the morning. I don't have to press the snooze button I just wake up automatically! I have so much energy than I had with other vitamins I've taken. As with most multi vitamins they are huge horse pills, with these vitamins I simply pour the contents of the capsule to a little water and voila, they're down in seconds. The only downfall is that you have to take a total of four vitamins daily, two per day, so I usually forget to take the evening vitamin. All in all this an excellent product.

Excellent, "feels" better than other vitamins

I was on the lookout for a good vitamin, as I'm on a high dose of medication which drains your B vitamins. With PCOS, I also needed support for feminine health, as well as for the risk factors such as heart disease. In the health food store, I was reading the back of the package when a gentleman came behind me to say "Those are excellent." We spoke a bit, and it turns out he's a vegetarian, who specifically needs B vitamins. He said he liked it because it is made from organic fruits, berries, and vegetables, and has less filler. He mentioned that it even smells better than most vitamins.I decided to give it a try, and I can really feel a difference. With other vitamins, it almost seems to take a while before I start to feel "right" again. More energy, less generalized pain, and less havoc on my digestive tract.I also like that it targets reproductive health, optimal digestion, healthy skin, and healthy heart and blood pressure, which specifically helps me as a woman with PCOS.

Not the best out there...

I tried Vitamin Code for about 2 months. I started feeling exhausted and spaced out after taking them recently. I became concerned and researched a bit more about the company. I'm not the only one who has these symptoms from their products, especially Primal Defense. This company sold the business after Jordan Rubin had 2.5 million dollars in debt. In addition, he was sued in 2004 for claiming things that were unsubstantiated. He has pretty poor business ethics. I switched over to New Chapter. Country Life Realfood Organics is supposed to be good, too. They are both certified organic, which Garden of Life is not... there isn't any USDA seal or anything listed certifying their ingredients. Both the other companies list their certifications and have the USDA seal (and have been making vitamins for around 30 years). Garden of Life is not GMP certified, which technically means they are not audited and no one really knows what's in their products. You're just trusting what they say is in them, which made me very nervous after the research I did just on the internet. There are far better companies out there selling whole food supplements who have their certifications and are GMP certified, too.

I have been using this for about 1 year. It is always had to find if Multi-vitamins are effective as they are only preventing you from falling sick, but not curing anything specifically. I have found that my health has improved overall. The best things about this multi is that it is natural and does not need to be taken with meals.

A little pricey, however a whole food suppplement

This multivitamin is great because it's made from foods rather than synthetic vitamins, meaning that the vitamins will be better recognized and digested by the body. Also includes enzymes for better digestion such as lactase and phytase, so no need to worry if you take this vitamin while eating grains or dairy, etc. I also like how this multi doesn't go overboard on the vitamins, as much research has shown that getting too much of certain vitamins can be toxic to the body. The only downside is the price, but it's all about where your priorities are.

Vitamin Code Men's is better than most Multi's but it's not perfect

I would like this product more if it had full-spectrum vitamin A and real folate. This has folic acid, which is man-made and unhealthy. Natural supplemental folates are folate, folinic acid (calcium folinate) and 5 methyl-tetrahydrofolate. I asked GOL about the vitamin A and they said they never claimed it was full-spectrum vitamin A. Vitamin Code vitamin E has only 7 parts, but vitamin E has 8 parts. I currently rotate between Vitamin Code Men's, MegaFoods One Daily Iron-Free and New Chapter Every Man's One Daily, which has zinc/copper at a 10-1 ratio, which I prefer (Vitamin Code Men's zinc/copper is 10-1 also).

hardly raw at all

One thing I've noticed working in the supplements industry is that no one seems to care for Jordan Rubin/ Garden of Life at all. And its no real surprise why after just a quick google. But, having received a free bottle of the VC Men's formula, I decided to give Garden of Life another shot. It couldn't be FucoThin bad, right? First a little bit of context. I had been taking the New Chapter Men's and Unbounded Energy multis for some time, often in lieu of breakfast, with the rest of my supplements, on the mornings I had to be at work well before the sun came up. Both those products, and the newish Country Life Real Foods Ultimate Daily, kept me feeling sustained and energized for several hours before the pang of hunger would kick in. Not so much with the Vitamin Code Men's multi. After a solid week I switched back and have contemplated just tossing whats left the next time I clean out the pantry. The Raw claim is also rather bold. The fruit and vegetable blend comes out to a meager 20mg and a rather lengthy list of ingredients. 20mg of fruits and vegetables seems more like what'd you get if you walked around a produce department with your mouth open for a bit. Especially when you consider a serving size is 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup (approximately 4- 6 ounces, or 112mg- 168mg). So, really, why not spend that $35 on a quality product like New Chapter, Source Naturals, or Country Life?

Great for long term health and weight loss

I've been taking the Vitamin Code Perfect Weight for about 3 months and have had great results. My digestion has improved in many ways and I have steadier energy which helps control my appetite. In response to the other reviewers, these vitamins seem to act as real food instead of a supplement; they are gentler and less dehydrating on the body. Seriously, ladies ... stopped my hot flashes in about 4 days!

I was running low on the Garden of Life regular women's supplement so I went to reorder and then saw this. Figuring that there must SOMETHING in there to help with the premenopausal/menopausal symptoms, I ordered the 50 & Wiser Women's formula instead -- with just HOPES. Ladies, it really does work and your body doesn't have to break down all those herbs that promise relief like in other products. Research the probiotics and raw foods idea a little like I did. To me, it just makes sense that it would work and be good for you. No, I didn't change my diet to eating raw foods or become a vegetarian, etc.) I can't explain it, these just worked for me and a friend. My female doc also told me that we should avoid or reduce our intake of white sugar, white flour, alcohol, spicy foods and caffeine as they can increase hot flashes. Good luck, girls!! :-)
