This product is every bit as good as the more expensive brand. And both last about 30 days before the Vitamin C and CE Ferulic begin to discolor and become less effective. Expensive, yes. But worth it. My skin has never looked this good.

I strongly disagree with the previous reviewer. I only use this foundation. I have a very oily t-zone & dry cheeks. It doesn't dry out my cheeks or plug my oily areas. It use it under mineral powder. (I am in my 50's so I have used makeup for a very long time) Used to be, I would use just (other) foundation & my skin would break out & change color after a few hours. Then I tried just mineral powder & it would still change color & be cakey after oil started coming through. Both would really look cakey after a while. With this under mineral powder it keeps the oil away longer & doesn't change color & cake. Also, its organic which is good for your skin.

This is more like a slightly tinted moisturizer that doesnt moisturizer, then a make up. It says to layer for more coverage? I had 4 layers on and gave up. It still looked like I had no make up on and it dried my already dry skin out even more. I was very disapointed in the product! I bought this because of the ''organic'' label, thinking it would be a healthy alternative to synthetic makeups. This would only be good if you really dont need to cover any imperfections ( in which case you dont need make up at all) or as a base for a real make up maybe. So Im still on the hunt for a good make up that wont dry out my skin and yet is not so oily that is causes me to break out .If you have any suggestions please feel free to pass them along. Michelle
