The first couple of times I used this, I got a red, bumpy rash under my eyes. I discontinued all products, slapped on some hydrocortisone topical against my better judgement, and the redness subsided after about 24 hrs. I didn't think this product was the cause, given the awards and accolades it received, so I gave it another go-- without using ANY other creams on my face at all. Boom, spots again. And this time, they are pretty raw feeling, so I'm going to spend my Friday night with a couple of benadryl, because this looks disgusting. I'm not a particularly sensitive person--I don't have any other allergies, that I'm aware. And yet, this stuff is making the skin under my eye FREAK out. I'd say, unless you're desperate, it's probably not worth it. Stick with Clinique. Their undereye products feel substantial and soothing, no red bumps included. Sigh. I wish I could give this negative five stars for ruining my friday night.

It is just okay

Horrible ....

My wife used this product for 3 days. On the 3rd day her eyes became very swollen with tiny red spots. She immediately discontinued using it,and took an antihistamine, didn't help much. Today I went online to do more research, and found many complaints of similar nature. Even the Olay website has many complaints in a product review section. I called in and they offered a refund. I don't care much about the refund, I wanted to know how to get rid of the swollen eyes with red spots. If you go to Olay web site and search for this product, you'll get "This product is no longer available." So if the manufacturer itself is no longer producing this product, why don't they recall it all together...... HORRIBLE......

I enjoyed this a lot and will buy it. A nice creamy-feeling emolient for under the eyes at night. Easy to put on. No chance of overdoing it as far as pulling that delicate skin. Just pump once to get some product to the surface and roll under your eyes. Not greasy at all. Felt really nice. I think it did my eyes some good.

Allergic Reaction

Used this twice. I was eager to try this after watching the commercial on tv. Saw it at the store & thought it was pricy but gave it a chance anyways. My first time using it I noticed the next day my eyes were a bit red underneath & had what looked like rash-like bumps. I wasn't 100% sure if it was this product so a week or so later I gave it another chance only to be disappointed again. This time my reaction was worse & my eyes were puffy, more red with even more rash-like bumps on them. I'll never use this again or recommend it to anyone. I wish there was some way of getting my money back.

Very disappointed

I was very disappointed in this lip treatment. My lips tend to be very dry and I am always looking for something new to try for that problem. This product actually made my lips even drier and redder. It feels great going on but after that it is downhill. I normally love the Olay Regenerist line of products and that is why I thought this was going to be great. Sorry to say, but the Anti Aging lip treatment just doesn't cut it.

Not a miracle, just a little good help

I am 41 years old. Recently I'd begun to notice that the little vertical creases around my upper lips were really starting to look deep and severe. My upper lip in general was looking thinner. I know some of this is hereditary - I remember my mom's lips looked just like this. But, like us all, I wondered if there was something I could do. I'm very skeptical of all the "anti-aging" wrinkle creams out there, but I've been happy with some other Olay products so figured I'd give this one a try.I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and am really noticing a difference. I keep it in my purse and apply throughout the day, using as a regular lip balm / lip gloss (I don't wear lipstick). In terms of gloss, I like the way it looks - natural and moist rather than slick and shiny. It feels fine, similar to other lip balms, with just a tiny hint of tingle. I have been applying this on my lips and also just beyond the lipline as well. Those sharp lines around my lips have really softened - they haven't gone away, but they are softer and my upper lip looks a little more plump and natural than it did before, more like it did when I was younger. The lines are less noticeable due to the plumping of the lip itself and the softening of the lines along the edge.I'm a believer in this product and will definitely continue to use it.

Terrible results

This product made my lips very dry and cracked. I usually use Burt's Bee balm to keep my lips hydrated. The Olay product not only didn't fill out any lines, but actually dried out my lips incredibly and made them crack. I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone. I tried their skin and eye Regenerist lines and really like them. I was hoping this would work as the skin care line was highly rated by Consumer Reports, but alas, it didn't. It actually made things worse and at $6, a tube, I would save my money and buy three tubes of Burt's!

I still have have 4 days until the 14 days but I can tell that my skin has more of a glow. I don't know about 10 years younger but definitely a glow. I have always looked younger than my age so I never worried about looking older but I thought I should start using something to protect and preserve the skin I have so I thought I would try this since it seems to take the place of multiple products. Yes, the PM creme feels a bit greasy but at night it doesn't bother me since I don't plan on impressing anyone when I am getting ready for bed. The AM creme is less greasy and actually helps my under-eye concealer glide on easier. My favorite is the cleanser because of the tingling sensation. You not only see if fizz but you feel it too. Now that I have tried it I am thinking about signing up to receive it automatically every so many months.

Wish I had done before and after photos

I saw this on an infomercial for 29.95 and thought why not? IQ Derma Skinceuticals didn't work for me. The RestorEyes did and I'm not giving it up. I'm over 40 with dry skin and Winter is hard on my skin. I noticed little lines on my forehead this past Winter and needed something that works since I prefer to wear minimal makeup - sometimes eyeliner and maybe a lip gloss.I bought Timeless Secrets the first week in July and got it the second week. I noticed that those lines didn't seem as prominent within a week and it advertises itself as working in 14 days. When I look in the mirror my eyes were't drawn to my forehead. I think the AM/PM face wash with salycilic acid is a key. The face polisher that you use 2-3 times a week in place of the face wash is great. In the package was also a day cream with SPF 20, night cream and wrinkle booster.The prime key is the wrinkle booster that you use to lock in the day cream over known wrinkles. It keeps your face hydrated where you need it and it minimizes the wrinkles throughout the day. It doesn't wear of. I had to minimize the "shine" by rubbing it into my skin. I use it on my forehead, under my eyes, and around my mouth once in the AM and once in the PM after washing and putting on the day or night cream.I've had several compliments that my skin looks "dewey" and that I don't have wrinkles. I know I do, but I think they have been minimized by the various ingredients in Timeless Secrets. I'll be reordering. You can order whatever number of products you like when you want for a set package fee whenever you like - every 3, 6, 9 months, etc. I'll definitely be reordering and that's saying something.Like everything else, I didn't expect it to work, but now in retrospect, I wish I'd have taken before and after pictures. I look in the mirror amazed and feel more confident for it. I've found myself "forgetting" to put on even my eyeliner and I'm just more comfortable overall. Fantastic.

Never expected to like it this much!

I LOVE this!! First of all, it smells fantastic! I don't normally like having any scent on my face, but this is a refreshing scent that I look forward to. The products feel great on, and they make my skin feel nice. As far as delivering on the anti aging promises, I'm not sure; I'm 42, but don't have many signs of aging at all. I've only had the products about a week, and I think my skin looks plumper, but it could be my imagination. But I love the products, personally. (I also have fair, sensative skin and have had no bad reaction)

timeless secret another bust

The product felt very good when first applied, but in a couple of hours, my face begin to feel very tight and uncomfortable. After two weeks the lines around my eyes were more noticeable than when I started using the product. I would not buy again.

Well they claim you'll look younger in 14 days. It hasn't quite been fourteen days but I am definitely liking what I am seeing so far. My skin is noticeably brighter. Before, after washing my face, it would look dull, as well as look AND feel dried out. My face never looks or feels dry after using this stuff. It has also cleared my face up very nicely. I don't have an issue with acne - only the occasional blemish but this stuff has my face looking and feeling so smooth! My skin is very oily and I am actually finding that it is producing less oil as well.For someone with very oily skin like mine, finding non-greasy, water based products is crucial. This stuff is working nicely for me. The day cream is only sliiiighty greasy, which is impressive since it has spf. Doesn't leave a ghostly film at all on my face either. It soaks in after a while, as does the sealant (which I love!!!). The same for the night cream. Slightly greasy but if my skin can handle it I think anyone's can! lol My skin produces MAJOR oil. I love the grapefruit sent too. The cleanser and mask have to be the two most unique products I've ever tried. Both so light but so effective. The cleanser is very silky and light. It foams and suds up only a bit. However it leaves my skin feeling great!! The mask is awesome! Not too abrasive. Great scent. And it foams up and tingles tremendously. I love that you can feel it working if you opt to let it sit, although I can barely stand it because it foams up so much that it tickles like crazy!! lol I let it sit and dry, and then do a last bit of scrubbing on my spots that tend to get blackheads. Rinse and whew!! Feels great :) Plus, with all of the products, a little goes a loooong way! Like others have said, I really look forward to using this stuff every night.I have no qualms with the stuff and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I haven't seen a dramatic difference in my forehead lines. However!! I have seen a noticeable difference and it hasn't even been 2 weeks. Plus, I give any product a month to dramatically reduce lines - unless it breaks me out. Honestly, even if it doesn't dramamtically reduce my lines, I would still use the stuff. It has my skin behaving very nicely. I will probably post another review after a month but based off of what I've seen so far, I'd recommend it. Especially for us oily skin folks. Just as a point of reference, I am a 29 yr old african american woman. My forehead lines are fairly pronounced but I don't have wrinkles anywhere else. Hope this review helps!! :)

Oil of Olay Pro X Products

I have been using the Oil of Olay Pro X products for eight months now, and I have seen no improvement whatsoever in my skin. The wrinkles are still as visible as they were before I began using the product. Sure, it moisturizes the skin, but so does a regular moisturizer that costs much less. Please don't promote removing lines when the product does not.

Be warned, Sensitive Skin Types

After 10 days of faithful use, I developed an allergy to the night cream...bumps around my collar area and on the side of my face. It was worse with the eye cream. The skin around my eyes was drive-you-insane itchy, and because the cream is so strong, the wrinkles underneath my eyes became more pronounced as the cream sucked any last iota of moisture I might have had there. To add insult to injury, people asked me if I'd been crying - and that was after a shower and the whole skin regimen in the morning, without a stitch of make-up. The eye cream simply doesn't moisturize, full stop, and it's not for someone like me who is sensitive to some products. Even the cheap dollar store eye cream I still have is better than the one in the Pro X line. I ceased using all three products and immediately switched to my "first aid": Vaseline (yes, Vaseline) under my eyes with that same cheap eye cream over it. I now don't look like I haven't slept in a week. The day lotion with the SPF? Meh. It isn't anything to shout about.I won't recommend this starter kit or any of the Pro X products in it to anyone, and I certainly won't be buying it again.

ProX, No; Regenerist, Yes

I ordered the ProX line purely based upon the TV commercials. I figured the Starter Protocol would be a "safe" way to try the ProX line without having to "invest" too much money in it. And if they work, I'll order the regular sizes and use this Starter Protocol for travel.I tried them right away upon receiving them today. The Eye Restoration Complex was light but "burned" my eyes a bit as if there's menthol. The Wrinkle Smoothing Cream went on very thin and I didn't feel my face receiving "nourishment". The cream also burned my face a bit with the same menthol-burning effect.A few hours later, I tried the Age Repair Lotion SPF 30. It felt oily and appeared white - much like a sunscreen that I had to rub it in. My face and forehead looked oily and they turned pinkish red as if I've been under the sun.After 10 hours, my face and forehead were still pinkish red so I decided to wash them off and went back to my Olay Regenerist Regenerating Serum and Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum which work better for me.My skin is toward the dry and sensitive type.

Must Have!

I was first skeptical on using this product because nothing else has ever worked, but within the first week of using this kit, my face was much more softer and my under eye circles were starting to diminish. It has now been a full month and I cant believe what a difference your eyes make when their not all puffy and dark, Ive actually gotten compliments thaf I look younger, as far as wrinkles go, I dont have many but I have the noticed the ones on my forehead are not as deep as before. I would highly recommend this product.

This product is non greasy but easily absorbed into the skin. I never like greasy skin products especially moisturizer to wear during day time. The best part of it is it contains sunscreen! What more can I say: moisturizer, sun screen and good price all in 1 product!

Great for Acne Prone Skin

PROS: The Derma e products that contain Astaxanthin keep my sensitive and moderately adult-acne prone skin clear like nothing else that I've tried. Breakouts are minimal (almost non-existent with diligent use). Does not irritate like products with benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or alpha hydroxy can do.Does not migrate into eyes and ruin my contact lenses like some of the other moisturizers or facial sunscreens that I've used.CONS: Provides only 15 SPF. I have very fair skin, need to use different product with higher SPF for extended exposure to sun.Thick and creamy consistency of product requires packaging in a jar? Would prefer something that could keep moisturizer more sanitary. I'm the only one sticking my clean finger into it so it's not that big of a deal.

A great addition

This and the After Sun Lotion are both GREAT products. It works great all day under my makeup and I've have several comments on my skin since I've been using it and a few other products from derma e's line.

This serum by Olay is another quality product at a great price. The serum has a wonderful smell. It doesn't feel heavy and it's non-greasy. I usually have break outs if a product is even slightly greasy, but after several days of using this, I've had no problems at all. I love the bottle and pump works great. I would certainly recommend this product and would be buying more in the future.

Light and smooth

The Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Serum is decent product for the money. It goes on smoothly and feels very light on your skin. It even has a nice scent. It isn't heavy like a lot of the creams on the market. Many similar products are very expensive, but the Olay products are much more affordable. As far as how well this seems to work...it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't an overnight miracle cream either. I have sensitive skin and it didn't cause any break outs or skin allergies. After several weeks of applying this product daily, my face seemed softer, but it didn't smooth ever imperfection my face. I can't speak to how this product would work for long term use, but I would recommend it if you are looking for softer, more supple skin. Overall, it is worthwhile product. Olay's products work well and are a good value.

Just a quick comment on this product. It pretty well works as advertised. I get a lot of sun and use it on the crows feet. There are no miracle creams out there but you can tell a subtle difference with this one.

I don't really know if this stuff works or not. It has an impressive list of chemicals and it feels nice and light (not at all heavy and greasy). I'm 40 and don't have wrinkles or saggy skin yet, so I'm not sure if this is doing something for me or not. It feels good, and I suppose it can only help, but it's awfully expensive. I'm sorry that this review isn't more helpful. I just don't know....

Surprisingly great quality - even for sensitive skin!

I was quite skeptical about this product. Number one I have used Clinique since I was 16 - and that was quite a long time ago! Secondly, years ago I had tried an Oil of Olay product and it did not play very well with my skin. I was very hesitant to try this product. Plus there seems to be a lot of hype about it being as good as department store brands...... I was, dare I actually say it?, impressed with the product tough and now I feel that I CAN reccommend it....- even for sensitive skin. The scent is light and very pleasant and the texture is really creamy and dreamy - and has a biit of a shimmery,silky look to it. Do I think it is a miracle cream? No, I don't. I do, however think that is is an excellent cream that does offer benefit to your skin. At my age, I never figure too much will help - but I can give this a two thumbs up and a high recommendation!

Perfect for my sensitive skin

I am very impressed with this product: no stinging, no breakouts, non-greasy, and it has delivered on its promises. My skin is much less irritated and inflamed after about a month of using the product, and my fine lines are diminishing--I am using this in combination with Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Skin Firming Night Creme (another product I recommend) so that may also be having an effect on fine lines.

I tried this product out of desperation since nothing else has helped with my rosacea. It moisturized pretty well, and my skin felt softer, but it did nothing for the redness. Good product if you need softer skin! But don't expect it to do anything for rosacea redness.

This product worked wonders on the red, flaky skin on my face and eyelids. I saw results within a few days and it was all cleared up within a couple of weeks---No more flakes! As a bonus, I noticed that the fine lines around my eyes were significantly softened. The bottle is small, but I only used a very small drop each day, so it lasted for a couple of months. I don't have rosacea, but have really sensitive skin, so my redness was caused by allergies. Eucerin products were recommended by my dermatologist for this reason. Now, I recommend them, too. Especially this anti-aging serum. Two thumbs waaaay up.

I would be very careful when using this product. I washed my face, and applied to skin. I actually felt a sensation of burning, I immediately washed it off. Days later I noticed it burned my skin, its like a rough patch of dry skin, actually made my skin worse than it ever was before. So be very careful wth this product. I threw mine out.

This stuff works. The wrinkles around my eyes have become less noticeable, and my forehead creases are reducing slightly. Like other reviewers, it seemed like it made the bags under my eyes worse for the first two weeks, but they improved after that. The area directly under the eyes is particularly sensitive and perhaps it is better to only apply the serum every other day.The serum's fragrance is noticeable, but not unpleasant. It smells like something from an herbalist or natural medicinal line. As long as you don't mind smelling like a hippie, you'll be OK.

Smells Bad & No Visible Improvement

I've tried a number of RoC products, and a lot of them have very weird, strong scent to it, like herbal medicine or something sort. This one also has strong smell, so I didn't enjoy putting it on my face. In terms of the result, it did not achieve any of the things that are advertised/promised. No improvement in skin tone/firming or reducing wrinkles. Rather, it was too harsh on the skin and it caused my cheek to turn red with irritation and neck skin to peel off...I stopped using after a number of tries. I've stopped using all RoC products, and now I am using Olay products. I strongly suggest using any product from Olay Total Effects or Regenerist lines. They are less expensive, gentle, and effective.

Apparently, I'm allergic to it. Makes the area around my eyes redden and swell. I would suggest putting a little on your arm before applying to the face for the first time.

I've been using Prevage MD for a couple years now. I can't really tell if it's doing much but I figure it's a long term kind of thing (like my skin my be worse if I hadn't been using it...am I just rationalizing?)? Anyway, I've bought it both at a doctor's office and online -- no difference in product in my experience. Also I never had any bad reactions like rashes...I think it's possible that people can be sensitive to anything but I had no problem. Also, it has a really lightly perfumed smell, nothing offensive, so I don't know what other reviewers are talking about unless what they got was spoiled or something. So, all in all, I've had no negative experience with it but I can't say I woke up one morning with a completely new complexion either. My derm says it's good stuff (and not because she sells it because she doesn't) and I trust her...she's brilliant and is involved in all kinds of research at Stanford and UCSF medical schools. We're all looking for quick beauty fixes. Do they really exist???

Love Prevage MD! The product I bought is the same quality/strength I purchased from my doctor and it is much cheaper! I have purchased twice from the same seller and an extremely pleased and will be purchasing again soon!
