I have struggled with Adrenal Fatigue for about 5 years and have never before found a product like BHB Plus. I noticed an increase in energy in just a day or two. I actually can't take as much as they recommend (two capsules per day) because if I do I have trouble sleeping! My water tastes better and has a smooth or finer feel to it. I love drinking the water. I give it to my pets to enhance their health. I also know when it goes down the drain I'm helping the general water supply. I don't like the chemicals they are adding to our tap water these days.
